"Best Little Christmas" is a true story inspired by some flood victims and other unfortunate people whose house had burnt to the ground right before Christmas. These folks kept their faith and stayed together and were able to get through their terrible tragedies. I hoped as a writer that people would think that the song has an original theme and that maybe its message could inspire some who listened to it. - dmc
